Situation: Rohingyan refugees at Cox Bazar, Bangladesh are a vulnerable population who face limited access to healthcare services, including eye-related issues, impacting their overall quality of life and well-being.

Aim: The aim is to provide eye treatment and cataract surgery for refugees, ensuring access to essential eye care services. This project seeks to improve the vision and overall eye health of refugees, enhancing their ability to engage in daily activities and lead more fulfilling lives despite the challenges of displacement.

Intervention: IAC team, partners and medical doctors visited the area and provided consultations, eye treatments and cataract surgeries for 800 individuals.
