Let’s Eid is a seasonal initiative by IAC that specifically focuses on the occasion of Eid. Let’s Eid aims to enhance the joy and celebration of Eid for individuals and families in need. Through the project IAC provides Eid clothing, organizes celebratory events, and offers special Eid meals, ensuring that those facing hardships can partake in the festivities with happiness and dignity.

Similar to other projects, Let’s Eid demonstrates IAC’s unwavering commitment to supporting communities during significant moments in their lives. The initiative embodies the spirit of compassion and inclusivity by ensuring that everyone can experience the warmth and togetherness of Eid, regardless of circumstances. Funds collected for Let’s Eid are allocated to create memorable and meaningful Eid experiences for those in need, making a positive impact during this special time of celebration and reflection.

Ud’hiyaa is the practice of offering a sacrifice of sheep, goats, cows or even camels during Eid Al’Adha. IAC organizes Ud’hiyaa, also called Qurbani projects to facilitate this practice in a meaningful and impactful way for the benefit of vulnerable and impoverished communities within the community.

At IAC, the emphasis is on ensuring that the meat from the sacrifice reaches those in most need. Most often these are people who face food insecurity and Eid al’Adha may be the only time throughout the year that they get to savor meat. This project contributes to the inclusion of the whole community in the joys and celebrations of Eid al-Adha.
