The Ulhiya 1445 Project aimed to facilitate donations of ulhiya meat for the people of Gaza. Through the generosity of donors, a total of 1,800 shares of ulhiya meat were received for this initiative.
PROJECT PHASES
Selection & Slaughtering
The project began with the careful selection of cattle for ulhiya. The slaughtering phase was carried out following the necessary halal guidelines and quality standards to ensure the meat was suitable for processing.









Processing & Shipping
Once the meat was received, it was processed into canned corned beef to improve its storage and transportability. This phase included:
• Canning: The meat was carefully processed and packed into cans to maintain quality and freshness.
• Labeling & Packing: Each can was properly labeled to indicate its contents and origin, ensuring clarity for the beneficiaries.
• Loading & Shipping: The packaged cans were prepared for transport and loaded for shipment to Gaza.









Delivering
The final phase of the project was the distribution of the canned meat to the beneficiaries in Gaza. The successfully processed 70,200 cans were delivered to those in need, ensuring that the donated ulhiya meat reached its intended recipients in the most efficient and sustainable manner.






The Ulhiya 1445 Project successfully transformed 1,800 shares of ulhiya meat into 70,200 cans of corned beef, providing essential food support to the people of Gaza. This initiative not only ensured the efficient use of the donated meat but also extended its shelf life, making distribution more effective and sustainable.
